Surrendering a Turtle

If you would like to surrender a turtle (or tortoise), please read our Surrender Policies, then fill out and submit a Surrender Application Form (scroll down).

The application form takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Please make sure all required fields (*marked by a red asterisk) are filled out.
Once the form is complete, press the submit button at the bottom of the page.
You will be contacted within 14 days after submitting your application.

Surrender Policies

Applicants must be at least 19 years of age.
Applicants must be residents of British Columbia.
Okanagan residents may take priority in our program.
Surrendering a turtle means you surrender ownership of that turtle.
The decision is final once a turtle has been physically handed over to us.
